Order processing
All orders received before 14:00 (CET) will be processed the same day. If you place your order after 14:00, it will be prepared on the next business day. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and given an estimated shipping date.
Exceptions: Due to courier overload during peak demand times, some shipments may experience slight delivery delays. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
Order Tracking: Once we have shipped your order, you will be able to track it via your user account on the website.
Shipping costs
SPAIN (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
Orders over €250 – FREE SHIPPING
Orders under €250 – from €14 (standard shipping) up to €25 (express shipping)
Delivery Times
Standard: Once the order is prepared, shipping time is 3–5 business days.
Express: Once the order is prepared, shipping time is 1–2 business days.
EUROPEAN UNION
Orders over €250 – FREE SHIPPING
Orders under €250 – €36
Delivery Time
Standard: Once the order is prepared, shipping time is 4–10 business days
REST OF THE WORLD
No free shipping available. Customs fees are covered by the customer.
Standard: Outside the EU the shipping time is 7–10 business days depending on the destination.
In some cases, shipments to non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties and taxes, which in all cases will be borne by the buyer. We commit to carrying out the procedures and preparing the necessary documentation for the relevant customs handling.
Return policy
1. IN WHICH CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
In the following cases:
I ordered the wrong size and would like to change it.
I received the order in poor condition
In any case, it is essential that the products you wish to exchange or return are in perfect condition and show no signs of use. Otherwise, no exchange or return can be processed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide proper packaging to ensure that the items arrive at NODOS BY G in perfect condition. If the items are received damaged, we will not be able to process the requested return.
The deadline for exchanging or returning an item is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
2. HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
If you wish to exchange or return a product, please write to us at info@nodosbyg.com and we will let you know how to proceed.
Domestic Exchanges: The new item will be sent via a return service, where the courier will deliver the new product and collect the product you wish to exchange. Don’t forget to print and fill in the exchange/return form you received by email and include it in the package you are returning. It is important that you have the product you want to exchange ready. If the courier does not receive the item to be exchanged, they will not be able to deliver the new one.
International Exchanges: For international exchanges, our Customer Service team will provide you with details of the procedure and the corresponding cost.
In the case of a return, once the courier delivers the package to our facilities and we verify its condition, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be credited to your account within 2–3 business days. You will receive the refund via the same payment method used for your purchase.
NODOSBYG will not be responsible for any loss the package may suffer during shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
The deadline for making an exchange or return is 15 calendar days from the delivery of the order.
3. HOW MUCH DOES AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN COST?
All expenses associated with exchanges will always be borne by the customer. The processing cost of an exchange is €15, corresponding to the shipping of the new product and the collection of the item being exchanged. For international exchanges, our Customer Service team will inform you of the applicable cost.
For returns, you only need to send us the product you wish to return to the indicated address, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
During sales periods, whenever the purchased item has a discounted price, returns will not be accepted. In such cases, the customer will be provided with a voucher to use the amount on other products.
