Order processing
Each NODOS piece is made to order. Please allow 24–48 hours for production before shipping.
Orders received before 14:00 CET are processed the same day after the production window, when applicable. Orders received after 14:00 CET are processed on the next business day. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Spain and Greece
- Standard shipping for orders from €45: free
- Standard shipping for orders under €45: from €7
- Express shipping: from €25
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express delivery: 2–4 business days
Europe
- Orders of €250 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under €250: €15 standard shipping
- Standard delivery: 5–8 business days
International destinations, including Turkey
- Shipping is calculated at checkout, starting from €35.
- Customs duties, import taxes and any local charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns and exchanges
You may request an exchange or return when you ordered the wrong size or the item arrived in poor condition.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging. Contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
This commercial return policy does not affect any statutory withdrawal or consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Exchange shipping costs
- Spain and Greece: free for returning or registered customers. A customer whose first order is placed through a registered account is considered registered.
- Spain and Greece: €15 for other customers.
- International exchanges: Customer Service will confirm the shipping cost before the exchange is arranged.
Return shipping costs
- Free for returning or registered customers.
- Other customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Discounted items
During sales periods, returns under the NODOS commercial return policy are not accepted for discounted items. If a discounted product is faulty, the purchase amount will be issued as a voucher for future use. This does not affect any statutory withdrawal or consumer rights that apply to the purchase.

Lifetime guarantee policy
NODOS products are designed for durability and are covered by a lifetime guarantee, subject to the conditions below.
Shipping and customs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties and import taxes connected with a guarantee claim.
Assessment and eligibility
Coverage is confirmed only after NODOS reviews photographs of the product. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling or alterations is not covered.
Repair and replacement
When possible, NODOS will repair the original product. Replacement is offered only when repair is not possible and the same design and material remain available. Discontinued products cannot be replaced.
Material lifespan
Natural degradation at the end of a biomaterial’s expected lifespan is not covered.
How to make a claim
Email clear photographs and a description of the issue to info@nodosbyg.com. NODOS will review the request and confirm the available solution.
