What materials is the jewellery made of?
Our jewellery pieces are created using 3D printing and plant-based materials, selected for their lightness, durability and finish.
Can heat or sun exposure damage the jewellery?
They are made to be worn every day: normal heat and sun exposure will not damage them or affect their shape. However, to keep them in perfect condition for longer, we recommend avoiding leaving them close to intense heat sources for extended periods.
Can they cause allergies?
If you have a known sensitivity or metal allergy, we recommend checking the composition stated on each product page or contacting us before placing your order. We will be happy to help you choose the piece that is most suitable for you.
Does the metal change colour?
Our 3D-printed pieces are not made of metal: their colour is inherent to the material itself, so they do not oxidise or tarnish in the way some metals can. For designs that include metal clasps, rings or chains, we use components selected for jewellery.
Is shipping secure?
Yes. We prepare every order carefully so that it arrives protected and in perfect condition. Each piece is placed securely in its box and protected to prevent movement or damage during transit.
We work with official shipping providers that offer parcel tracking and coverage during transport. Once your order leaves our atelier, you will receive tracking information so you can check the delivery status at any time.
Will my order arrive in time for a special occasion?
If you have a specific date in mind—such as a birthday, celebration or special occasion—please place your order as early as possible and let us know in the order notes. If you need to receive your order before a particular date, please contact us before purchasing.
How will I receive my order?
You will receive your NODOS jewellery piece in a 3D-printed box, designed specifically to protect it and make opening your order feel special. It reflects our approach to design: producing with intention, reducing unnecessary waste, and creating objects that can be kept and reused. A beautiful, functional, low-waste box.
