Data retention in compliance with the LSSI

NODOSBYG informs that, as a data hosting service provider and in accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains for a maximum period of 12 months the essential information to identify the origin of the hosted data and the time at which the provision of the service began. The retention of these data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public security, being made available to judges and/or courts or the Ministry that requires them.

The communication of data to State Security Forces and Bodies will be carried out in accordance with personal data protection regulations.

Intellectual property rights

NODOSBYG owns all copyright, intellectual and industrial property rights, “know-how” and any other rights related to the contents of the website www.NODOSBYG.com and the services offered therein, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and related information.

Reproduction, publication, and/or use for non-strictly private purposes of the contents, in whole or in part, of the website www.NODOSBYG.com is not permitted without prior written consent.

Intellectual property of the software

The user does not acquire any rights or license for the contracted service, over the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor over the technical monitoring information of the service, except for the rights and licenses necessary to fulfill the contracted services and only during their duration.

For any action beyond the fulfillment of the contract, the user will need written authorization from NODOSBYG. It is strictly forbidden for the user to access, modify, or view the configuration, structure, and files of the servers owned by NODOSBYG, assuming civil and criminal liability for any incident that may occur in the servers and security systems as a direct result of negligent or malicious action on their part.

Intellectual property of hosted content

The use of NODOSBYG’s services for purposes contrary to intellectual property law is prohibited, and in particular:

Use contrary to Spanish law or infringement of third-party rights.
Publishing or transmitting any content that, in NODOSBYG’s judgment, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic, or defamatory.
Cracks, software serial numbers, or any other content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Collecting and/or using other users’ personal data without their express consent or contrary to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Using the mail server or email addresses of the domain to send unsolicited mass emails.


The user is fully responsible for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hypertext links, third-party claims, and legal actions regarding intellectual property, third-party rights, and the protection of minors.

The user is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the rules related to online services, electronic commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, as well as universal principles for Internet use.

Protection of hosted information

NODOSBYG makes backup copies of content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the accidental loss or deletion of data by users. Nor does it guarantee the full replacement of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the time elapsed since the last backup.

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content kept in backups made by NODOSBYG when this loss is attributable to the user. In this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to prior user acceptance.

The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the data loss is due to causes attributable to NODOSBYG.

Commercial communications

In compliance with the LSSI, NODOSBYG will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.

In the case of users with a prior contractual relationship, NODOSBYG is authorized to send commercial communications regarding NODOSBYG products or services that are similar to those initially contracted with the client.

In any case, the user, after verifying their identity, may request not to receive further commercial information through the Customer Service channels.
